Natasha Allen

Natasha M Allen, ESQ.

A compassionate, though zealous advocate, Natasha Munkittrick Allen was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2016. Shortly thereafter, she opened her practice.

Since then, she has successfully handled many different types of cases.

Natasha has represented clients who need criminal defense, both juveniles and adults. Through her participation in the Levin College of Law Criminal Defense Clinic, Natasha worked as a Certified Legal Intern with the Office of Public Defender, 8th Judicial Circuit in Levy County. While there, she worked directly with clients to help simplify their complex legal needs as well as conducted research pertaining to their defense. This hands-on participation and involvement allowed her to earn invaluable practical experience.

In her coursework in Law School, Natasha also focused her studies on property, Trust & Estates, honing her skills and learning from some of the top legal scholars in the country. Natasha focuses a fair portion of her practice on Wills and Trusts in order to help her clients successfully plan for their futures and facilitating distribution of their assets according to their wishes. Because every client is different and has different needs, she listens to the client’s specific objectives and then, develops a clear plan to help them achieve those goals.

Since Allen Law Office, P.A.’s establishment, Natasha has represented numerous clients with family law matters in a range of needs. Those matters may include divorce, parental responsibility, time-sharing, adoptions and modification cases among others. Natasha has successfully represented clients in quiet title actions and foreclosure matters. She handles probate cases and other elder law issues such as Medicaid planning, including legal spend-down advice and other essential tools to assist with eligibility.

She has a passion for helping people and is determined to do the right thing for her clients. She's motivated by her client’s success and her strong work ethic and ardent sense of responsibility to them sees her clients through to resolution.

Having grown up in the area, Natasha is enthusiastically involved in her community. She is a current and founding board member of BACK Fighting Cancer, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization that assists families in Levy, Gilchrist and Dixie Counties who have a child fighting cancer. She also serves as the Vice-President on the Board of the Greater Chiefland Area Chamber of Commerce, the board of the Gilchrist Education Foundation and the board of directors for Meridian Behavioral Healthcare, Inc.
