A compassionate, yet zealous advocate,
Natasha Munkittrick Allen was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2016.
Since then, Natasha has represented criminal clients, both juvenile and adult. Through her participation in the Levin College of Law Criminal Defense Clinic, Natasha worked as a Certified Legal Intern with the Office of Public Defender, 8th Judicial Circuit in Levy County. There, Natasha worked with clients and conducted research pertaining to their criminal defense. This hands-on participation and involvement allowed her to earn invaluable practical experience.
In her coursework in Law School, Natasha focused also her studies on Property,
Trust & Estates, honing her skills and learning from some of the top legal scholars in the Country. She is capable of drafting trusts or wills.
She also actively advises clients on qualifying for Medicaid and assists in the application process, having successfully helped numerous clients qualify for nursing home Medicaid coverage.

Natasha has represented numerous clients with Family Law matters to include: divorce, custody issues, child support and parental rights.
She has a passion for helping people and she driven to do what is right.
She's motivated by success for her clients and she has a strong work ethic that will see her clients through to resolution.
Natasha is actively involved in her community. She is a current and founding board member of BACK Fighting Cancer, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization that assists families in Levy, Gilchrist and Dixie Counties who have a child fighting cancer. She also serves on the board of the Greater Chiefland Area Chamber of Commerce, the board of The Gilchrist Education Foundation and the board of directors for Meridian Behavioral Healthcare, Inc.

Cynthia S. Munkittrick has practiced law in the Tri-County Area, and around the State of Florida, since 1996 when she formed the Munkittrick Law firm in Chiefland.
Her experience includes assisting clients in matters of administrative hearings and licensing law, criminal defense in both, felony and misdemeanor matters, real estate, probate matters, small claims, landlord tenant cases, dependency, divorce, child support, child custody, insurance law, personal injury and civil lawsuits.
She maintained her practice in Chiefland until 2013 when she was appointed by the governor to be the Dixie County Judge.
Due to her extensive experience, she was recognized by fellow experienced Judges throughout the State of Florida when, at the Conference of County Court Judges, in July, 2013, she was appointed by her fellow Judges to represent them on three statewide committees, including the DUI Adjudicatory Committee, the Florida Traffic Court Rules Committee, and the Florida Criminal Rules Committee.
